Spring & Fall Programs Available

We are excited to continue with our Westy Mastermind - Business Development and Branding Program. Applications are now open and rolling for our spring and fall programs, these are 6 weeks in total that are designed to be jam packed with education, knowledge sharing, and business development support. 

What is the Westy Mastermind? 

The program was launched in 2021 due to business survey responses. The Chamber believes in the power of an effective environment for leaders to experience growth. This professional development opportunity is administered two times in the year mid-spring and early-fall. Classes are capped as we are striving for the magic small group number we have defined as being ideal for this educational experience. 

What to expect? 

A small group of peers who are HUNGRY to take their business to the next level. 
6 Week Virtual Sessions that are highly engaged
One on One Consultant Guidance
Expert Speaker Series 
Facilitated Group Sessions

Who can participate? 

Business professionals committed to growing their business and mindset.
Groups are curated around common ground and relatability so that the collective expert series serves every member in significant ways.
Any business professional not geographically limited to Westminster. 
Members and non-members of our organization (tuition discount for members available!)

Cost? 

The value of this program is $2,200, the cost to you as is less than 50% of that. 
Scholarships available for this professional development training. 
Payments are received prior to the program kickoff; 2022 dates are defined by the groups participants although we have a timeframe in mind.

The sooner you complete an application the better chances you have as the group is limited.
An application does not guarantee placement as there are factors to admit professionals in the group.
We attempt to diversify the group (i.e. business type or cateogry or size or leadership etc.).
