Lisa joined A Precious Child in 2020. She has held various leadership roles in the nonprofit field for over 20 years. Most recently, as a CEO with the Brighton Chamber of Commerce of Brighton, Colorado and Development Manager at the Mental Health Center of Denver. Lisa’s extensive grant background is in foundation, private, federal, municipal, and corporate as both a grantor and a grantee. Lisa works hard to ensure all grants, reports, letters of intent, budgets, proposals, marketing and various pieces are provided to the funders as required. She holds an MBA in Marketing and Communications from the University of Texas at Tyler. Lisa is an avid volunteer within the community and has sat on numerous boards around the Metro area. Lisa has increased grant-based funding at A Precious Child by 80% in 1.5 years. Lisa oversees all copywriting and proposals to ensure a seamless based presentation of the organization across all platforms and funders.
