• Taste of Westminster 2024 Vendor Application

    In completing this contract, Vendors agree to provisions set forth in the Rules & Regulations provided.
    A Vendor may reserve the space(s) after full payment has been received by the Chamber of Commerce. Spaces will consist of an 8-foot rectangular table (depending on availability, tables may be larger or smaller. Please feel free to have a backup option.), 2 chairs, and table sign. Access to restrooms is provided to all attendees.

    Rules and Regulations
    1. Contract for Space
    This agreement for vendor space, together with the Rules & Regulations, constitutes a contract for the right to exhibit at the Westminster Chamber of Commerce, Taste of Westminster 2024.
    2. Membership
    Your membership in the Westminster Chamber of Commerce must be current prior to purchasing your space(s) to receive member pricing.
    3. Payment
    Full payment for vendor space is due at the time of the space reservation. Space is not reserved until payment is received.
    4. Refunds
    The Chamber must receive your written cancellation request by 4:00 PM, October 25th to qualify for a refund. After this date, no refunds will be issued. A $50 administrative fee will be retained on all refunds. No refunds will be given for acts of God, natural disasters, inclement weather, etc. on the day of the event. In the event of a cancellation at any time due to COVID gathering restrictions (as ordered by State Officials and/or the City of Westminster), we will reschedule a date and carry over your registration.
    5. General Restrictions: The Vendor agrees to abide by the following General Restrictions:
    a. Rights Reserved
    The Westminster Chamber of Commerce reserves the right without recourse to prohibit any exhibit or part of any exhibit which, in their opinion, is not suitable or in keeping with the character of Taste of Westminster event. This reservation regards persons, things, conduct, printed material, catalogs, etc. Aisle space may not be used for exhibit purposes or for displaying signs.
    b. Apportioning
    No Vendor shall assign, sublet, or apportion the whole or any portion of space allotted, nor exhibit therein, any products and/or services other than those produced or distributed by the Vendor in the regular course of business.
    c. Soliciting
    Firms or representatives of firms who have not paid for vendor space are prohibited from soliciting business in any form in the exhibition area. Violators will be asked to leave the exhibition area.
    d. Public Area
    The use of any public area outside of the vendor area for the display of products and/or services, for demonstrations, or the distribution or circulars, samples or other material is prohibited.
    e. Audio
    No audio that interferes with adjoining exhibitors will be permitted in the exhibit area.
    f. Damage to Venue
    Tacking, posting, taping, or nailing signs, banners, etc. to any permanent walls or woodwork will not be permitted. Any damage to property by the Vendors or their employees or agents must be paid for by the Vendor causing such damage.
    g. Banners/Signs
    Banners/Signs may not be placed anywhere outside of your table space and shall not obstruct the view of any other space. You will be asked to adjust/move these obstructive signs from the vendor area. Table stands and tents are permissible and will need be reviewed during walk through pre-event.
    6. Fire Regulations
    No explosives, fuel, combustibles of hazardous materials, decorative materials either fireproof or flameproof, or any materials or substances deemed hazardous under applicable fire regulations may be brought onto the property.
    7. Electrical Compliance
    All electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment must meet the requirements of all applicable electrical and safety codes.
    8. Display & Construction Regulations
    No vendor space shall be allowed to obstruct clear vision to other exhibitors.
    9. Exhibit Hours
    2024 operating hours are from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Your table must be staffed and remain open throughout the event until 8:00 PM. Please DO NOT begin dismantling your exhibit until 8:00 PM. Participants who begin dismantling their exhibit prior to 8:00 PM will not be permitted to exhibit at Taste of Westminster 2025.
    10. Load In
    We are staffed very lean, please have ample hands with you, feel free to bring scooters or dollies to get your items to your booth.
    11. Parking
    Ample parking is available on site.
    12. Serving/Sanitation
    Vendors are to bring their own serving utensils, disposable serving dishes, and other paper products necessary. Each food vendor will need a handwashing station for staff. All State Law mandates adhering to food handling and hot and cold requirements.
    The Westminster Chamber of Commerce will not be held liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the Taste of Westminster 2024.
