Description of Event: This business-to-business and community event is in conjunction and co-promoted by the Westminster Chamber of Commerce and will also include our official ribbon cutting. To emphasize our position as an upstanding corporate citizen to our emerging markets, our 2023 branch opening campaigns align with our Premier Gives pillar. We will partner with and benefit nonprofits serving these communities to cross-promote our openings and enable our newest members to help the community in which they live. For Westminster, our nonprofit partners will be Adaptive Adventures and Yellow Ribbon Suicide Prevention Program, and they are both excited to attend our Grand Opening. For each new account or additional account opened during the first 90 days at our new branch, PMCU will donate $100 to the charity of the members’ choice from these two community nonprofits (up to $5000 total for each charity). We have extensive community commitments ahead for 2023 in Westminster including high-level sponsorships for the City’s Summer Block Party and Westy Fest, the Chairmans’ Sponsorship level of the Westminster Chamber, sponsorships and Money 360 collaborations with Westminster Public Schools and their Foundation, and Karen Bigelow’s leadership role on the Westminster Legacy Foundation’s Board of Directors.
